Every woman poses a unique blend of qualities that make her powerful. A woman’s power can come from a place of reflection and self love, reclaiming what might be considered a flaw as a personal strength and carving out her own path in life. In the What’s Your Power campaign, we chat with Olya, Alexandria, and Darin to find out what their individual power is. The question has these women reflect on themselves and explore what it is that makes them stand out and succeed. In the KOVASKY collection, they wear their favorite pieces and talk to us about their busy lifestyle as boss women.

Olya is an established fashion model based in New York City. She dreamed of being a model since the age of 10 and was excited to be a part of her first show at 14. She loves bringing the designer's creation to life through modeling and the feeling that it gives her. She has been able to accomplish her career goal of walking the runway in Paris Fashion week and her next goal is to participate in Milan Fashion week. She uses her power of staying true to herself to help her continue achieving her dreams.

Alexandria is a multi-hyphenate who is a tech project manager, podcast producer, model, and yoga teacher. Alexandria balances these career paths simultaneously and manages to have it all. In our What's your power campaign, she talked to us about how modeling has helped her gain confidence and branch out into other areas of life where she was able to excel. Alexandria has dreams of opening her own company using the skills that she has gained through experiences in tech, fashion and the wellness fields. She uses her power of resilience to get through any obstacle that life may put in her way.

Darin balances a career as a tech consultant and fashion model. She loves that she gets to have a flexible schedule working in tech and fashion, essentially working for herself. Darin wants to continue choosing projects in her career that bring her happiness and fulfillment rather than participating in a career simply because “it pays well.” Darin says that her stubbornness and determination has proven to be her power. She does not let anything stand in the way of accomplishing her goals.
