We offer free standard shipping on all u.s. orders over $75. Please allow an extra day for orders placed after 12PM EST or on weekends and holidays.

WHAT ARE YOUR RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICIES?

You may return any non-final-sale product ordered on the minikako.com website for refund within thirty (30) calendar days from the delivery date. Returned products must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in the same condition in which it was received with all tags attached, and in the original packaging and plastic wrap. The original invoice must be provided with any return.

Masks cannot be returned for health safety reasons. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or store credit on purchased masks.

WHICH CARRIERS DO YOU USE?

Our carriers are UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Please note that carriers are selected based upon the delivery address.

DO YOU SHIP TO P.O BOXES?

Yes. Please note that shipping to P.O boxes is only available for Standard shipping.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

For now, we only ship to the 50 United States. We’ll be sure to announce when we expand to new regions!

DO YOU SHIP TO US TERRITORIES AND MILITARY?

Yes, we ship to military and U.S. territories, including American Samoa; Guam; Northern Mariana Islands; Puerto Rico; U.S. Virgin Islands; and Armed Forces Americas, Europe, and Pacific. For items shipped with standard shipping to APO/FPO/U.S. territories, please allow 14 business days.

DO YOU SHIP TO FREIGHT FORWARDING ADDRESSES?

At this time, we do not ship to freight forwarding addresses.

WHO ARE THE KOVASKY STYLISTS?

KOVASKY stylists are warm, compassionate and knowledged fashion professionals who understand how to dress all body types for different occassions. They are your fashion girlfriends who will be there to support and help you achieve your fashion goals. Once they learn a little about you, they’ll know exactly which styles will suit you best.
 
We offer complimentary style sessions at our NYC showroom. Schedule an in-person styling appointment at our NYC showroom or pop-up locations. During the appointment, your KOVASKY stylist will: 
  • Recommend pieces you’ll love based on your style
  • Prepare the outfits for you and assist you at the fitting room
  • Advise on how our pieces fit and which size you should order
  • Suggest new ways to pair your KOVASKY pieces with your existing wardrobe

WHAT SIZE SHOULD I ORDER?

All KOVASKY designs are flexible and stretchy. If you are between sizes, go with the smaller size if you like a form-fitted silhouette, or go with the larger size if you prefer a relaxed fit.

DO I NEED AN APPOINTMENT TO VISIT YOUR STORE?

While walk-ins are welcome, we recommend making an appointment if you wish to receive a complimentary styling session with one of our KOVASKY stylists. That way, your stylist will be expecting you when you arrive. Without an appointment, we can’t guarantee the availability of a stylist.

HOW DO YOU MANAGE YOUR ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT?

We believe in challenging and pushing boundaries to design clothes that are beautiful, comfortable, and sustainable. Our high performance collection KOVASKY is bluesign® and OEKO-TEX® approved. These certifications confirm that the textiles used in our clothing are made in a safe, environmentally-conscious method. Our products are free from harmful chemicals from raw materials to the finished stage including the fabrics, sewing threads, buttons, and zippers. Our factory workers are protected and provided a safe working environment.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY FOR GIFT RETURNS?

If you received a gift receipt with your item, you may return the item for store merchandise credit or you may exchange the item for a different size or a different item at our NYC showroom at 37 Trinity Pl, New York, NY 10006. If you wish to return a gift received from an online order, we will have to credit the sender’s credit card for the cost of purchase.
